Espresso is the pinnacle of the coffee experience and we've kept the tradition alive with this central Italian style blend (not too dark).
Molla is the Ethipian word for "be filled". This primarily Ethiopian blend does just that by providing a maple syrup type body with a hint of earthy wilderness in the cup. Excellent both as a straight espresso or combined with milk. A great way to pry sleepy eyes open and begin your day.
Grown in the highlands of Rift Valley, Southern Ethiopia, this wet processed (or "washed") coffee is one of the most exotic coffees you will find. The flavor is complex and smooth as silk. It sweetly sings with notes of chocolate and lemon peel, a full body and an alluring aroma of orchids.
Harrar longberry is dried with the cherry still on the bean, a practice known as the natural process. This coffee has an intense blueberry flavor. It has a full body, medium acidity and a slightly earthy undertone.
The Gold is Bold! This coffee is roasted slightly darker and blends the best coffees of Ethiopia to give a deep rich flavor of mocha. It has a full body and finishes with the tantalizing flavor of blueberries that lingers with hints of garden flowers. An empty cup longs to be filled again.
Named for Sidamo, the largest coffee growing region in Ethiopia, this Sidamo is wet processed (or "washed"). This coffee has a medium acidity with a smooth and full flavor. It is sweet with undertones that are fruit like and flowery and finishes like a fine wine.
Now everyone can enjoy a bold experience with this espresso that will leave you wondering, "is it really decaffeinated?" This primarily Ethiopian blend uses the SWISS WATERŪ organic process. This method uses water and filtration in a certified organic process that retains the full flavor of the coffee without the use of chemicals.
Zema is the Ethiopian word for "song". This decaffeinated espresso will have you "singing" praise for the full flavor and leave you satisfied.
